Here we would like to offer you texts, tutorials, links, videos, etc., which can provide you with additional background information and supplement the work with the conceived teaching materials.

The Education Platform

The platform enables teachers and students to understand concrete effects on the ecosystem regarding various sectors such as climate, agriculture, forest, water, energy, tourism and health. Presenting the data down to the district level for the different sectors, the platform creates a connection to their local environment. The strength of the platform consists of its direct regional reference. Thus it is possible to have students experience regional climatic changes on the basis of different retrievable scenarios, in order to derive consequences and to make the influence of one’s own actions perceptible.
